Having worked at Merrill Lynch with Brad Bruce since 2016, Joanna was excited to join him at the launch of mFORCE Capital in 2021.
With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, she has a diverse background that makes her especially skilled as a financial advisor. Prior to working at Merrill as an advisor, she was Director of Global Trading for Capital Institutional Services in Dallas. Today, Joanna focuses on helping clients build effective, long-term holistic financial plans including retirement preparation and strategy, estate and legacy planning services and multigenerational wealth management. She is dedicated to guiding her clients through the complexities of wealth management. She is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of personal service and a goals-based strategy to pursue their financial goals.
Joanna earned her MBA and Bachelor’s degrees from Dallas Baptist University, where she is an adjunct professor in the school of business. Additionally, Joanna serves on the Women's Auxiliary Board at DBU and as a member of The National Organization of Investment Professionals NOIP. She holds the Series 3, 4, 7, 8, 24, 53, 55, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations and is licensed as a Life and Health Insurance Agent in Texas and Arkansas.
Joanna enjoys traveling and spending time at the lake with her two children, Tristan and Jourdyn. She previously served as a board trustee for the Scurry – Rosser Independent School District and is an active member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Scurry, Texas.
